When you find a great dentist and staff, you stick with them! I route myself through Chicago to see Dr. Jack. Outstanding cleaning, crown and cavity work - one of the best!

I have been going to Lincoln Park Smiles for years. The staff is amazing. When you check in, they are very organized and there is never a wait. Dr. Jack has a great bedside manner. He is very meticulous and has given me great care. Through the years, I have had cavities, a broken tooth and a crown. Dr. Jack has been able to handle it all. You are in good hands with Dr. Jack.
Dentist (Jack) was very personable. Particularly appreciated the detailed discussion of recommended procedures. Hygienist was among the best I've ever had. Very good vibe in the office; it was a pleasurable experience - even great music. Although my wife and I thought we had appointments at the same time, I think they were only expecting her. i just had the best cleaning i think i ever had, and the office staff could not be more accomodating and friendly. great office!
I arrived 5 minutes early and was promptly greeted and taken to my chair for my cleaning. I was pleased the cleaning was so through and addressed my concern areas. Easy to schedule next session.
