Everything! The entire staff is friendly, courteous and care about the people who walk through their doors. The physical therapy is first rate. They don't promise overnight miracles or pain-free sessions nor should they. They encourage every bit of progress, however large or small, so that no one becomes discouraged during the process. My progress has been slow and I've stalled out here and there, I've even taken a couple of steps back a time or two, but I have never been made to feel like a failure, so I just keep on going ... read more
Very caring and concerned with what is best for the patient.
The first thing I noticed was how friendly everyone was there. They called me by my name on my second visit as I was walking in the door. I was there for a hand and fingers injury. My therapist was Allison. Allison was very professional yet very friendly and made me feel comfortable. Allison did a great job helping my hand and fingers to work again. Great and Friendly staff. Helped me greatly after my knee surgery.
Superb people to work with. Informative, caring, all around great therapists. Feel like you are part of a family. Everyone is always very friendly, asking how your day was and care about your progress. They are very knowledgeable therapists with lots of experience always willing to answer any questions and ensure you understand what’s going on in “normal people” terms. I’d refer any of my friends and family to their team in a heartbeat.
My husband saw Allison at the North location after he broke his wrist and had surgery. She did a great job getting his wrist back into shape and working properly again. Thanks Allison!
Great staff and procedures. Mallory Armstrong is an excellent therapist, with true dedication to working with patients to improve their mobility and recovery. Can't say enough good things about LOPT.
