I was in last week to have the Nav software updated on my MKS. Everyone thought it would be a quick visit, but it was taking quite a while. Nick in service kept me updated, but when they determined it was still going to be a while they brought me in and offered me a loaner (another new MKS) and that's not all. They told me the owner wanted to treat me to breakfast/lunch. It was a great experience (I didn't have time to eat, but just the gesture was great).
