The service department is exhausting!! Derek failed to follow up with me on a part that was suppose to be ordered in June 2026 for my 2023 Lincoln Navigator. I left a message approximately 3wks ago for him with no return call. I called on 9/11 and spoke with Torin and he was to look into the matter; he never call me back.
