The worst experience I’ve ever had in my life…
I have a 2024 Lincoln Navigator Black Label, that I have had one year. I have reached out to this deal ship more than once. Still have received a call back. This car has some serous electrical problems. I’m very unhappy with the amount of support I have had after they made the sale.
Alexius did a great job getting my replacement key fob and setting up the programming.
Nick Burchett has been the man I started with and ended with. A true leader who demands excellent from his employees and top notch customer service. I had a concern and he personally took care of the situation. Although my all time favorite car was total due to a flood, Mr. Burchett made sure I was taken care of. If you guys experience issues please give Nick Burchett a opportunity to fix it.
