Approximately one week ago, I had an oil change performed at Lincoln of Englewood, and the vehicle has since experienced a serious incident involving the engine oil filler cap coming loose.Today, the engine filler cap came off on the highway, flooding the engine bay with oil and causing dangerous smoke.
