I am deeply disappointed by my experience at this OB office, particularly during what should have been a meaningful and reassuring first prenatal visit and ultrasound. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was unwelcoming. The two women at the front desk were visibly rude, did not smile, and offered no warmth or basic courtesy. The actual physicians themselves have been great for my wife. No issues with the actual service of care. Unfortunately, their communication and operations are just a mess. Throughout my wife’s pregnancy we’ve had to deal with having a hard time calling in to receive information, poor communication on lab staff not being present leading to an essentially pointless visit, being told that a lab test request was sent for her to take only for my wife to drive over to said lab days later and find out they had no information from t... read more

I feel like Doctor Schellpeper actually listened to my questions and concerns. I didn't feel like I was just another number. She was very welcoming and made me feel comfortable with having my kids there while I had my OB appointment. Positive environment, definitely will stay with her throughout my pregnancy.
