Called to make an appt for a unique situation and they were very supportive and kind.
Wow. Just wow. From taking a week to tell us we DIDN'T have a miscarriage for a damn week to cancelling appointments without notice(after calling to confirm in advance) this has been the single worst healthcare provider I've ever had. The office staff was cold and unfeeling during phone and in person communication. Flippant and dismissive of first time parents questions etc. All of this could have been solved with bare minimum effort to communicate. Bare minimum.

Having a miscarriage and these doctors call the doctor on call. Told them that my baby had been in me for. 14 weeks and it had miscarried at 11 weeks they did not even or tell me to go back to the hospital. The baby is not leaving my body. And it's really starting to affect me.
