Juan did a great job testing for a gas leak and replacing our stove!
Workers are fast and efficient.
We couldn’t be happier with Juan, our head maintenance tech. He is knowledgeable, courteous, and takes pride in his work. The entire Seal Beach LMH team has been fantastic and a pleasure to work with!
I’d like to specifically thank our main maintenance technician Juan. He was so enjoyable to work with - always friendly, hard working and considerate of our time. We were completely comfortable with him in our home and he always did a fantastic job with repairs, large and small. As we move away, I truly wish him all the best, thank you Juan!!!
