I have lived in housing for the past year and I can truly say the staff is amazing. They are all kind, helpful, and do everything on a timely manner. I also love all the events they do for the residents. I would like to give a special shoutout to Jessica, Jamie, Juan and the staff member who always run the craft table at the events. (Not quite sure of the name unfortunately) They all do a terrific job and they are very appreciated!
Our move in day got pushed 2 days because of an issue which wasn’t a great start. We have lived in other military housing this office and staff have been the best to work with extremely professional. They were quick to find a resolution and fix the issues.
Jessica has been exceptional in managing housing work orders. She is always professional, quick to respond, and incredibly helpful whenever I have questions or need assistance. She stays on top of every request, keeps me informed throughout the process, and ensures issues are resolved as quickly as possible.
