I moved out in early August and was told I’d be refunded. It’s now been two months and I still haven’t received anything. Clearly, someone dropped the ball. They were able to take my money instantly when I moved in, but now that it’s time to return what’s owed to me, there’s no urgency at all. If the roles were reversed and I didn’t pay them for a month, they would’ve kicked me out without hesitation. How is that fair? Evaristo did a great job on my cabinets - made them totally more functional. He was polite, professional, and I appreciate the timeliness of both the service and this process.
I’ve had nothing but a positive experience with LMH. From the upkeep of the neighborhood to the maintenance team response time. Everyone in the Seal Beach main office is polite and friendly especially Jessica and really helpful. I wish the parking situation was better but overall I’ve had a good experience here
We love Liberty! Jessica and the staff are so helpful and really make it feel like home.
