We are currently scheduled to pick up keys to a house tomorrow morning. We called to see if we could possibly get them today due to the weather over the next days. Upon calling the office Angie informs us the house isnt ready and won't be until NEXT Friday. The no later than date on that house was 6/23. Why weren't we called? We never received the money we were suppose to get for being referred from another on base family, as well they never received their money. Also the front desk lady was not only rude, but unperfosseional. They messed up BAH when we first got here, and their only excuse was that they were under going a change of management, not even an apology. This has really shaped the future for my family and I for using government homes.
