Submitted my ticket this morning and got helped this morning .. very satisfied with the time and especially the guy ( Octavio ) they send him to us🥰 he’s so professional and super nice… hes always ready to handout out his little treats after his work. So thoughtful of him.. 10/10 !!! :)
We had a team member named Octavio come and help us with our washer and after a short time he had identified and help get our washer back to top shape. I hope all help we get can be so helpful.
Octavio came by today to replace a lightbulb and fix a fixture for me. He is always very friendly, on time, and got everything done quickly. The work looks great and he cleaned up after, too. He comes for all of our requests and can say I am always satisfied with his work.
Octavio was great! He was professional and kind, plus he works very efficiently. Our oven and outdoor spigot work perfectly after he fixed them. Big thanks!
