I am a 2018 graduate. DSOL was the absolute BEST choice for me. The faculty, staff, and administrators were amazing. I could not have asked for a better law school. I could not have gotten a better legal education. Professors spent time with me teaching me. I had skills classes that let me practice what I was being taught. Bar prep began on day 1 of bridge week. My experience at LMU Law has exceeded all of my expectations. As a non-traditional student with two young daughters I often doubted my ability to complete the required credits in 3 years; however, I received so much support and encouragement from faculty, staff, and recent graduates that those doubts eased with time. As graduation is nearing, I hope to be able to offer support and encouragement to others like me who choose to attend LMU Law.
LMU Law is the best law school for any person that wants to actually be cared about as a student and an individual and not just a number. At first I was tentative of attending LMU Law instead of my undergrad alma mater right down the road, but this decision ended up being one of the best decisions I’ve made thus far in life. LMU Law was the best decision (other than marrying my wife) that I have ever made. Here at LMU Law, you are truly watched over by every professor, every dean, even the administrative staff to the janitorial staff. Every student seeking law school admission should always consider the type of environment they will be in and ask themselves whether or not a potential school sets them up for success.
