These apartments are the nicest I have ever lived in, everyone is very friendly! I love that I only have to pay electric and the garage, washer and dryer and heat is all included! The rent is also very reasonable.
Extremely corrupt and greedy management. EXTREMELY unpleasant to deal with as well.
Always closed during business hours. Whenever they chose to be last minute. Waste of my time. Worst experience ever with this place over the year I’ve lived here. Let alone leave out the part of not having a washer for 3 months when we first moved in 🙃👏🏻 even with new management it didn’t help.
WONDERFUL place to live. These apartments are very nice and secure!
Worst place ever. If something breaks they won't fix it. They lie about having 3 bedrooms when one wants to move from 2 bedrooms. You have to fight for a parking place and they have no playground for kids instead in front of the place is a big pond of water that a kid could drown in and also it's a mosquito trap. Worst place ever . If someone breaks they won't fix it.
Moving to Dickinson Nd and moving in to Lincoln Meadows apt. Could not get there before they closed on Saturday. Office person say they would call me Sunday Morning and meet us there and give us the keys. Here we sit in hotel because they are closed. And not true to their word. Don't tell me your going to call me and get me the keys and leave us hanging.
Love living here. Nice apartments and nice landlord
