I hired Josh to help me out on some properties I was interested in. He was extremely prompt at attending to my requests and at the end of the day we sat down and went over everything and he handed me back a complete portfolio for me to hand to another competitor who would be able to help me out better than he could for the loan I needed. Buying your first home can be very stressful. It can make you want to pull your hair out, because you have no idea what to do or how to even go about it! It can be scary! But Chris basically held our hands the entire way. He calmed our fears and took care of any question or concern we had. I would recommend Lincoln Lending to anyone trying to buy a home!
