I’ve rented from Lincoln Lane mini storage for several years now and have always had a good experience. Very friendly and professional operation. I like the online operation as I can handle business while I am traveling. Jeff Essman is excellent to deal with.
Lousy service, the rental unit was not as advertised, the operator was hard to communicate with and didn’t give us our deposit back as promised when we switched rental unit companies. Steer Clear!
DON'T RENT FROM THIS PLACE! Nosy management thinks they have the right to tell you when you can & can't access your unit, sends texts if you're visiting your unit too often or staying too long. Final straw - they turned the gate off 10 minutes before close, locking me in with no way to get out. (I can understand limiting access IN, but preventing those inside from leaving is WRONG) Wouldn't answer the phone, no emergency or other information posted on site or to their website of how to contact...ended up having to climb the ... read more
