DO NOT INTERACT! They literally lost my paperwork after I sent it to TWO different people at Lincoln Financial. They then proceeded to ask me for it again, a week later, late on a Friday afternoon. Past my deadline. They are extremely unprofessional.
Nightmare company. Terrible communication. I called my case manager 4 times, left 4 messages and got nothing. Id give them a 0 star if it were an option
Is there a rating with no stars? this company was hired to not pay you your entitled benefits. I'm not sure where the money goes that I'm paying biweekly because they set out to no pay you your hard earned money.
Absolutely terrible experience I hope none has to deal with this company. Very unresponsive, some of the reps are very rude and just overall a terrible experience.
