Is there a rating with no stars? this company was hired to not pay you your entitled benefits. I'm not sure where the money goes that I'm paying biweekly because they set out to no pay you your hard earned money.
Absolutely terrible experience I hope none has to deal with this company. Very unresponsive, some of the reps are very rude and just overall a terrible experience.
Worst insurance service to choose for your company. The case managers who handle the cases for unemployment are incompetent and it comes from the top down. Had to have a surgery and they said 2 weeks prior my claim was denied, then called post operation to take back the claim after I had already started working. A literal nightmare. One star shouldn’t be an option.
Do not put your beneficiaries through this hell hole. They can't even do 50/50 correctly. Instead of one person handling your case there are multiple and we caught them in lying to the funeral home and one of the beneficiaries. Do not put your family through this.
