This company sucks. They have no problem taking my money to “invest” it but it is basically impossible to get your money from them. It’s my money and I should not have to get their “permission” to get my money. Can’t close the account either. Wish I had read the reviews before opening the account because I definitely would not have. Terrible business practices.
Horrid. Less than Pathetic. If I was an employer I would NEVER use them for my business. For their short term disability they completely go against physicians orders, provide RUDE customer service when they actually return your call, and act like they are paying you disability out of their own pockets. I would like to see some of their employees there be working with the ailments we have that they act like are nothing. EMPLOYERS STAY CLEAR - trust me you can go to much better businesses - like Standard - they are awesome!!
I’ve been trying to get an answer to a simple question all morning regarding where to email a beneficiary change form. You cannot reach a live human being at this company. I’ve been on hold now for nearly 45 minutes. No one has come on the line. I’m starting to think they just have an automated machine putting people on hold and leaving them there until they either die or give up.
they are a bunch crooks. i talked too a guy and told him i wad on a waiting list to get my surgery. told him i was waiting on my itemized bills he said send them in when i got them did not get them until jan 2 sent them in haven't heard nothing since false advertising.
Unprofessional and incompetent would never recommend
this company and employees are rude and do not do a retirement plan with them if you work for a company that use them for retirement your money is their money I don't recommend any employees to use them find your own retirement company I deeply regret it

Bought a critical illness policy many years ago through my employer ! Lincoln is absolutely crap !!! Because Lincoln’s definition of a heart attack is different thank my Dr’s definition they refuse to pay the Benifits I am owed !! They sell the shit out of this policy ! This institution is a money making institution absolutely not for the policy owners !!!! I highly recommend not even considering these people for anything !!!!! It’s not the claims girls, it’s the higher ups and the ones that come up with their own definition... read more
