Dr. Dalton is an exceptional family doctor. He always takes his time and I never feel rushed during appointments. He answers all my questions thoroughly and takes the time to go over the best plan of action for my treatment. He discusses the risks, benefits, and any alternative treatments if needed, which I truly appreciate. What stands out the most is that he’s a great active listener. Love my doctor, Dr. Sellon and her PA Rebecca. Have had horrible experiences multiple times with the billing specialist, Lisa. Rude, condescending and unprofessional without any empathy for customers trying to pay their bills. She needs to do better.
Terrible doctor's office from the receptionist to the providers, specifically Kyle Haefele. Avoid him.
Haven't had the best experience so far for a new patient. Ill give them a little more time to be better.
