I called 2 months ago and made an appointment as a new patient for today at 1:30 pm; I was running 15 mins late and called your receptionist at 1:40 pm that didn’t give a name and told me I missed my appointment and the next one available is in October, I have a newborn, life happens. I checked in online, filled up every form and called, be more considerate to people.
My kids have been going g here since they were born.
