I would have given a negative star but that is not an option. I booked a limo for my clients almost 10 days ago hoping that an advance booking will not create any issue later. They canceled my booking at the last hour for the reason that the car was not available. I almost lost a big client due to their unprofessional behavior. They never pick up the phone on time. I had to call 6-8 times but the person on the phone was rude. Never going to do business with them again.
They provide a good service. Always on time.They are so professional and friendly.
