Dr. Mathew’s and his staff made an unenjoyable event as pleasant as possible.
I originally scheduled a procedure with a provider in Omaha, but my insurance required me to schedule at LDHC. After reviewing my notes, one of the doctors, Dr. Vance, so graciously scheduled me for the procedure with her without requiring me to schedule another office visit. I am deeply disappointed with my experience at Lincoln Digestive Health Center (and Gastroenterology Specialties). Recently, I received two separate invoices for what was essentially one appointment and one service. It was perplexing to see similar services split between two seemingly different companies, resulting in double billing (the numbers are identical).
