Patient Nassima: I visited this dental office for the first time on 5/20 for a routine cleaning and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience due to a lack of transparency regarding costs and insurance coverage. I completed all of my paperwork and provided my insurance information two months before my appointment. I've been going to Dr. Palsis for 12 years (since before he opened his practice) and I've consistently had a wonderful experience with him and his staff. He's very conservative about dental work recommendations and I love that. Even though he's not a pediatric dentist I took my 3 (nearly 4) yr old to him yesterday for the first time and my kid had a very positive experience. This was, by far, the best dental experience I’ve ever had. For starters, the staff here are amazing. These women were so helpful in getting me all set up for my first appointment. I was a little anxious because I was worried I might have a cavity, but they immediately made me feel at ease. The environment is super welcoming and it is a beautiful, clean space. The best experience I've ever had at the dentist!! I had a negative experience elsewhere three years ago and put off going in for my cleanings and exam, but finally decided to try this place because of the great reviews, and it was such a fabulous experience from start to finish! Korey the hygienist was SO NICE and immediately put my mind at ease, and Dr. Palsis was so genuine and transparent and he fixed the chips in my front teeth so SO perfectly!! Dare I say...
