There are better areas, but it has everything you need. There is even a gym and a park which is good.

The walls are super thin and the flooring needs updating. You can here every single footstep squeaking upstairs as well as your own which makes it annoying and hard to sleep. The management is good but the neighbors are mostly rude Karen's. I give them props for adding a playground and a basketball court but the apartments need more attention.
It’s taken a lot of years to recover from the experience I had living here. I lived in a two bedroom apartment with two of my college roommates from August 2021-December 2021. We broke our lease for so many reasons it’s hard to know where to begin. I had recommended living here to my roommates on account that my sister had lived here for two years prior to us moving in and another close friend had only good experiences.
