Instead of responding to a reasonable question, they just ghost you. I’m not sure why landlords and property managers think this is appropriate. Feels like they were looking for excuses to subtly reject a disabled applicant. I wouldn’t recommend wasting the money on an application.

Lived here for three years. The grounds are well maintained and the units are new and modern. The clickers for the garage have to be updated every six months to a year because of theft and break ins. I had some issues because the HOA was managing my unit instead of the owners, but I think those were unique to me. Maintenance can be slow, there isn't a lot of street parking, you can hear the freeway, but location is good.
