This review is long overdue. I lived here from 2011 to 2018. Dennis is a great property manager. He was very good at communication and always addressed issues in a timely manner. This complex was cheaper to rent from than others and there were a lot of long term residents because of this, and Dennis running everything the way he does. I’d highly recommend renting here.
Old apartments. You will have to live on cleaning mold due to the single pane-old windows. Maintenance is not good. Parking problems. Be sure to have every single action / transaction recorded on paper and signed by all parties, otherwise you'll regret it, believe me, I was ripped off with charges after I left.
