Dr Sharrette is not a good neurologist. She’s dismissive. She put in my file that I “self diagnosed” myself with seizures. I’ve been epileptic for 22 years. I’ve been on seizure regulating medications for all these years. I was hoping that I’d finally get help because I have an actual neurologist. That was not the case. She needs more education about her field. I had a seizure in her waiting room. Don’t go to her for care, advice, or education if you’re epileptic.
Dr. Culp and her assistant were truly amazing. I hate the dentist, I have so much anxiety surrounding it. They created the best experience even though I had a tooth pulled AWAKE. Dr. Culp's communication eases so much anxiety, she talked to me the entire time. Thank you so much!
So I need permission from one doctor to see another doctor? That's ridiculous! This is why people don't get better! Y'all are just out for a paycheck! Stop being dismissive! Stop telling us it's just anxiety or all on our heads! I'm literally losing my vision! I have optic neuritis as well. Nobody trusts doctors anymore. Why do you think that it? Hope a bird chits on y'all's heads. Have the day you deserve!
The front office could use an overhaul, especially in regards to receptionist Destiny who has a particularly nasty attitude.
