The receptionist was nice but Carrie the case manager for Dr. Shabana Ahmed has a very unprofessional tone of voice. The doctor was always in a hurry. This center cares about money more than doing good for the patients. Carrie acted in a hostile way when I brought up concerns in between. She would be abrasive/dismissive when I asked questions about medications refill. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. UPDATE: I am glad we left this place. Unethical practices not limited to HIPPA violations, falsifying patient records, a high suicide rate among patients receiving treatment within LBS. Please do not let your loved ones receive treatment here. Dr. Abdul Hafeez has a criminal record dating back to the 90s involving the deaths of his patients with the uses of psychiatric drugs not FDA approved. Do not be fooled. These people are dangerous.
