They provided amazing service, expertise, and advice on a 71 Dodge Dart Swinger project car that had a lot of issues. Mark was honest, upfront, and extremely fair on pricing/labor costs. Sean has ALWAYS taken such great care of my car when I bring it in. He never tries to sell me any extra unnecessary services and is very clear and concise when talking about what my car needs to keep running. Shawn and his team worked hard to get my car at a good spot. I had issues with defroster and he researched the issue, as well as called local dealers on information. Even checked me car's warranty to see if I could get it replaced for free. They were patent and professional. His team was also helpful. Mark(?) even went out in the rain during after hours to show me the issue.
Most honest and best shop in Lincoln. They’ll tell u everything that needs to done and give u time to choose if u can afford it or not instead of fixing it before telling you like other shops I’ve been to. 5out of 5 stars
I had taken my vehicle to someplace else and the person that worked on it totally messed stuff up, I brought it up to Lincoln auto and they completely fixed everything, they’re honest upfront about pricing don’t try to make you spend more than you need, I am on a tight budget and they understood that and worked with me on everything that needed to be taken care of, they are fast reliable and I will definitely be bringing my vehicle back in the future.
Sean and the staff at Lincoln Auto Repair are friendly, upfront, competitively priced, and get the job done well, as well as in a timely fashion. I have brought 3 different vehicles to him for various repairs. He has always gotten me in asap and never tried to blow smoke. Two thumbs up for convience, service, and expertise!! 👍👍
