This transaction was not as smooth as possible. Closing was delayed because of a mistake about the closing date. During us moving we were asked to wet sign documents when we had no access to printers or scanners. Had to do the leg work to get those documents signed. Our notary was misinformed of us receiving the proceeds from the home we just sold. So no, this transaction was not at all smooth as possible. Try to always use local title companies when possible.
