I stayed at the Ashworth this weekend, and can confidently say it was the WORST experience ever, and that I would never utilize any of your hotels again, let alone the Ashworth! Customer service is horrible. Front desk didnt give me meal vouchers until I asked about them. , paid for 4 days, 3 nights, $15 resort fee PER DAY as the website states, but you only get two bottles of water, for your entire stay, regardless of how long of the stay. Was told I could not have anymore water! Pool is dark and murky on the deep end..look... read more

Water bottles should have been available to you daily. The in-season resort fee also provides guests with DJ entertainment, beach chairs, e-books and many other hotel amenities.
