They are good about sending supplies.
Delivery guy was great when I got the supplies but I am still waiting for them to get the insurance filed from almost 3 months ago. My insurance company and I have called and sat on hold and called and left messages but never seem to get called back. I am losing my patience and I know if I ever need supplies again I will be looking elsewhere next time!

They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone.
