They are good about sending supplies.
Delivery guy was great when I got the supplies but I am still waiting for them to get the insurance filed from almost 3 months ago. My insurance company and I have called and sat on hold and called and left messages but never seem to get called back. I am losing my patience and I know if I ever need supplies again I will be looking elsewhere next time!

They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. I was very impressed with the thoroughness of their answers as well as the amount of information they had to offer me. I will definitely be a customer of theirs for a lifetime.

They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone.
