I have been with Lincare since 1992 and have been pleased with their service.
I have to use lawn care in the past. I’ve been completely satisfied with them. However, I was told to call from the hospital when I left, in which I did. And whomever I talked to said somebody would call me back. That never happened. Returned a call and our later after I had returned home. And there was no recollection of me calling From the hospital.
Lincare came to our home to set up all the equipments I needed and go over how to use the machines. They also reached out to me if all the machines Lincare work properly.
I showed up early to an appointment after trying to get my CPAP for months elsewhere. After the initial paperwork was sent to Lincare, I was scheduled for fitting and pick up within less than 2 weeks. Everyone was knowledgeable and caring. I left knowing exactly what I was doing. I will always suggest Lincare from this point forward to anyone looking for a great company to supply their needs.
