On 1/3/24 had to pickup my own oxygen because three weeks earlier ALL delivery people quit . This has been an on going issue and their ON CALL policy needs review because all personnel I have had complain about this .
Customer service is the worst and act like the customer is a problem. I you speak to 5 different agents you will get 5 different answers. They do not update their records and are just not worth dealing with. The Jacksonville, Florida branch is a nightmare.
