Came to my house, had all my order, Al was very friendly and professional and even helped me with my dog needing to go outside! Recommend highly!!!
I have had the machine for almost a year. Whenever I called for help, I got forwarded to an 800 number and promised a return phone call. It never happened! I drove there today to ask for help and talk to the manager. He refused to see me, so I returned the machine to them. They are in business to help folks like me with a sleep disorder, yet they can care less if a customer has issues or leave them. I'm sure there will be many more like me. That manager ought to be fired! The worker refused to give me his name.

More than once, I've been left without a tank of oxygen for the weekend. I call on Monday and expect that by Friday, my oxygen will be delivered. Nope. I called today (Friday) to find out if I was going to get my oxygen before the weekend and was told, oh yeah no problem. Never received it. I have a portable machine that makes oxygen for me at home but if I need to go anywhere, I need a tank that I can bring with me. Otherwise, I can't go anywhere. I have Dr. appointments that I need to get to but no one at this place cares.... read more

Yhe person who brought me my C-pap was very professional and instructive. When I experienced problems with the mask due to positioning of the magnetic buttons is when my problems started. I called, spoketo the person who had been at my home. He decided a different mask was needed. By this time it was too late. My neck and head were in extreme pain. My problem with Sleepcair is that it is very difficult to reach anyone. My O2 concentrator has gone out on me on two separate occasions...both over the weekend. No one ever answers the phone at their answering service. It can also be very difficult to reach someone during the week. When I am able to reach someone , they have always been helpful. It's just that getting through in the first place can be a real challenge.
