DO NOT USE LINCARE! Dealing with these people has been the most annoying, time wasting process I have ever gone thru. They were unable to locate the proper paperwork for me to get my CPAP for multiple months and despite having all the proper paperwork at their sister Venice office, they were unable communicate even within their own company. Every time I call they tell me someone will call me back but I never get a call from anyone from LinCare also they took my portable oxygen machine to repair it back in Oct 2019 and I still haven't received it back and no one can tell me why all they tell me is they will have someone call me back but like I said no one ever Calls me back. They SUCK for a medical supply company.
We've been waiting three months for supplies and today they finally sent THE WRONG stuff!
