I was there to pick up my new CPAP and a brief orientation. Everything went as planned.
They have always been wonderful with me. They were amazing with my mom when she was on hospice... definitely my first choice
I have had an account with Lincare for over 10 years. They have set up oxygen when I go on a trip to other states to visit my children. I do not worry. I call and order and they bring it the next day that I am on the route. I am very happy with them and never had any problems with their service.
I got home from the hospital and Nathan was here from Lincare shortly after I returned. He had everything I needed and was very knowledgeable about the equipment and all the questions that we had. He even called a couple days later to ask if everything was going well and to make sure that we knew how to get ahold of them if we needed anything at all. All in all, a GREAT experience!
