Been with Lincare for about 10 years now; always had a good experience with them. Very prompt and timely for any issues or repairs. Lamarcus and Adam were both here recently to assist with my concentrators. Both are professional gentlemen and I've enjoyed being a customer of lincare because of people like them. Thank you!
Called Lincare & asked if they offered walkers, Assoiciate said yes, fax a script from your Dr. I had the approving faxed from another medical supply store due to dissatisfaction from them . I was told by this medical supplier they could not give me the script it was against against the law. What law was never told to me. That place told me I had to pay upfront & then send claim in to my insurance. I got the walker the same day I called Lincare. They filed claim to my insurance. Offered delivery & set up @ home. Lincare BAD they charge your bank account with out you knowing
My grandfather was was in the hospital and they discharged him home on oxygen. Lincare was there in his room within an hour and we were able to go home quickly after he received his tank. Stacey was amazing in explaining the process and she had the service rep Jason at his house not long after we got home. Very professional, Kind, courteous and explained everything while he was there. Jason stayed with us until we understood how to use everything. 100% would recommend!! They really care about their patients.
