Stay Away!! All they want is to get paid by the insurance to do less than sub-standard work! After my husband‘s sleep study was completed, Southwoods referred us to Lincare. After repeated calls, waiting for them to verify insurance it took them almost 2 months to get back to us to confirm insurance benefits. Then it took another couple weeks to even get scheduled. We have been dealing with Lincare for at least the past 9 to 10 years. Service has been satisfactory. Everything changed when Jason Mike came for a visit. He was very understanding, very patient, and very knowledgeable. My husband is very stubborn. Jason was very kind and understanding. He gets 5 stars from us. Hopefully from now on he will be the person that they will send to our home. Thank you so much Jason.
