Excellent experience quick and very knowledgeable
Lincare , Hermon, Maine has been serving my husband for several years I have had to go to the office several times to pick up tanks or equipment. I have always been treated with respect from the ladies in the office and from the staff that has loaded tanks into my vehicle. The drivers that drop supplies to our home have always been ready to help with my questions and setting equipment up for us! ,
Absolutely the worst Company !! There isn’t anyone I know that uses oxygen that has a positive experience with this company. They do not take care of the equipment as they should. They do not deliver as they should. They do not get oxygen to people who rely on it to live.
We drove nearly two hours for an appointment at 11 AM. The receptionist offered no greeting, only saying, “name.” My wife stated her name, upon which the receptionist rudely said, “You were supposed to be here at 10 o’clock.” After a bit of a somewhat heated discussion, she said we’d need an appointment for another day. When we got home, I checked my notepad and found what I expected, an appointment for 11 AM. Hopefully there are other businesses that provide the service needed, as we will not darken their door again.
