Have been waiting for my INR machine since beginning of Jan....almost a end of the month now and I have gotten the run around big time. many phone calls to various offices. told the machine was sitting in Hermon Maine facility. One person I spoke with had my address in another state from 8 years ago! mind you I had a INR machine delivered and set up here in Maine in 2023! still trying to get someone from the Hermon office to schedule the delivery and set it up. grrrrrrr.
The local staff is GREAT! For years, I called them to arrange oxygen tank pickup and empty dropoff. The company has changed and you can no longer call the local office to see if they have your tank size in stock. I can order online or with the person who answers (call center) but she is unable to give me info about availability. The personal touch/service is gone.
I always receive timely reminders to reorder replacement supplies. Supplies always arrive in just a few days. Orders always accurately filled. My only issue comes with the fitting of the mask and whether it is the right size or if I am incorrectly fitting it. The bridge of my nose is in such pain during the night that I don’t sleep well. My morning, i have a sIzable bump on my nose that is extremely painful to the touch. I don’t know who to contact to get the problem resolved
Stopped in here on vacation as I'd forgotten to pack my humidifier or side cover for my resmed s10 CPAP. Asked if they had one I could buy and they gave me a still sealed humidifier for free that someone had donated to them. Very friendly people, saved my vacation!
