I am a caregiver for a 98 year old man who is on CPap therapy. He got a new machine 2 months ago and has had nothing but trouble with it. We have called weekly for help. Nothing. They either don't return calls or tell him to call doctors office. His machine runs out of water every night and will not auto shut off. They tell him to shut it off. He can not get to it as he is disabled. Now they say he has to be on it 90 days before they will do anything. He called them on it, no response. Will never recommend them to anyone. Y... read more
Lincare is always there when I need them. They always answer the phone and go out of their way for their customers. Way to go!
They won’t answer the phone. I got in my car and drove 34 minutes, walked into their building and got my answer before anyone even answered the phone. Ridiculously poor customer service.
Customer service is the worst and act like the customer is a problem. I you speak to 5 different agents you will get 5 different answers. They do not update their records and are just not worth dealing with. The Jacksonville, Florida branch is a nightmare.
JUST JOINED LINCARE AND WAITED AND WAITED 20 MINUTES TWICE. THE COMPLAITS ARE THE WORST I HAVE EVER SEEN. THET CHARGED ME $16.71 3 TIMES AT 4 AM IN THE MORNING AND I CAN/T GET A HOLD OF THEM. WHAT A POOR MED SUPPLY SCAM, I WISH I COULD HAVE GIVEN THEM .0001 STARS
