Such a terrible experience. I was incorrectly charged over $400 for a ‘full’ highlight that did not look at all like a full. At checkout, I asked for confirmation before paying that this was the correct price and the receptionist assured me it was. As I was walking out I saw my receipt emailed to me and noticed I was charged for a service I did not receive along with treatments that I was not asked about. Emily has been my stylist for almost 5 years. She consistently does fantastic work. She also gives great advice about my hair and its health. She is friendly and kind and a great person. Linc and Sage is one of the best salons in the area and I cannot recommend it enough to others.
