The absolute worst experience.I came in for Botox with Dr Lina Naga. 1st the assistant spends 20 minutes taking photos of me which i found very strange as i am only in for botox not surgery. She then takes me to the room where i wait for the doctor around 20 minutes. Doctor comes in and we talk about what i need in terms of botox and i agree to have it done today. I made my appointment with Dr. Naga, but since it was almost closing time (she had a laser appointment that was taking longer than expected) I opted to have my consultation with Alexandra. She answered all my questions and prescribed my medications! I recommend making an earlier appointment if you’re having an actual procedure done as you never know how long it’ll take. Overall great hospitality from all the staff. 👍
