Called for a same day appointment. No issues there except Doc had assistant call me back and refer me to hospital. Another doctor got involved and was shocked that my sons primary care peds doc wanted nothing to do with his situation. She was his first line of help and she let my son down. We left the practice.
We love Dr. Lin! She takes time with you without rushing. She listens to your concerns and addresses them. Because of this sometimes the wait is long but I don't mind. We have been seeing her regularly for 3 years.
I absolutely love her.
