On July 29th 2022 a storm hit our house and my AC turned off by the force of the storm. Allstate paid lin air for a " NEW" ac unit. Since then lin air has installed 2 supposedly "NEW" ac units that is obviously defective on 8/12/2022 and 10/24/2022. Since then the I had a leak from the ac unit it my ceiling and was told by the owner of lin air I should not have called Serve Pro to gut my wet ceiling and they were not going to serve my address no more. These employees leave trash everywhere they double park and they leave gates wide open I have photos and videos of your employees acting with so much disregard I have th plate number and address if you’re willing to do something about it.
