I have been seeing Sergio for 4 years now. He never disappoints!. He will actually try to save me money from doing highlights by being honest as to whether I really need them. He is always concerned about the health of my hair and frankly, I just let him do his thing without question. I highly recommend him. Sue D

What a terrible experience! I had scheduled an appointment this Friday at 11:30 am. I got stuck in traffic and I called to let them know I was running 10 min late. They said I could still come and I managed to arrive at 11:45 at the hairdresser. As soon as I get into the door the owner of the Salon says I would have to reschedule and that was an absurd that someone with a coupon thought it was ok to arrive late. You get what you pay for..... – I purchased the $99 keratin Bloomspot deal. I thought part of the purpose of these deals was to get you in to the salon and get you hooked so that you become a regular client. Not the case here. I was treated like a second class citizen from the moment I walked through the door. The stylist who washed my hair was so sloppy that she got a ton of shampoo and water in my ears, that I can't get out even after 3 days. We'll see how long this keratin treatment lasts. Sorry for your troubles but MY hair looks great – With the amount of bitter britches in these reviews I stepped into the salon with some trepidation, but the negativity here is completely unwarranted, in my opinion. I purchased the $99 keratin treatment on Bloomspot. The salon itself is bright, white, CLEAN, and airy. My stylist, Julie, was friendly, chatty, and knowledgeable. Dont waste your money at this filthy place! – I bought the Japanese Straightening on bloomspot. Ive had it done 3 times in the past at other salons and the price was great at $159. I made my appt after calling 10 times with no answer only to have some man answer and tell me to call back when the receptionist was there? So rude. Terrible custmer service – Brazilian Keratin Treatment was done well. hair looked good and behaved the way it was supposed to. My problem is with the staff and the owner. They were very rude to me when I told them I could get the shampoo/conditioner on Amazon for cheaper. I asked Sergio to match the price and was told that if I am going to be cheap, to go buy it online and save a few dollars and not waste his time. I am never going to return to his salon.

Love, love, LOVE Sergio! – I've been going to Sergio for almost a year now. I found him via the $99 Lifebooker Loot special for Brazilian Keratin Treatment. Yes, while the $99 special is for the formula where you can't wash your hair for 72 hours, as the reviewer below states, for an extra $27, it's well worth the "upgrade" to the 24 hour formula. Too good to be true – The $99 Brazilian Keratin Treatment - here's what happened. I recently saw the "loot" from Lifebooker on August 24 and thought it was too good to be true. In that email, it said that the original price was $322.50 at Sergio Limpopo but now only $99 dollars. I called to ask if students were going to be doing my hair and they said no. Great Highlights in Record Time – I went in not being unhappy with my previous hightlights from another salon. Sergio did my highlights in a super fast amount of time and went closer to my heard then other colorists. He took the foiles out in stages and shampooed in stages which everybody else is too lazy to do. He suggest a glaze that eliminated brassiness.
