Driver was very rude... he purposely kept slamming on breaks en route to location to make us jerk in the back! We have used this company before and refereed them to many people. I called and left a voicemail to discuss the service and have not heard back. Will be reaching out to all my clients to notify them to no longer use this company. If they would like to discuss rectifying this situation they can call me.
Hired this limo for wedding last week. They showed up 1 hour late with no apology and were very rude. when they arrived they asked for a credit card to pay but when they saw another vendor paying cash they then insisted on cash payment. In all the commotion we forgot to deduct the 1 hour that they showed up late from the payment and of course they did not adjust the cost on their own. If I could give 0 stars I would, I definitely do not plan on using them again. Very disappointed with this Limousine service!!! The Limousine was dirty on the inside and outside, damages to the car were clearly noticeable. The driver was giving attitude the entire time and did not follow direction. I advise those who are looking for a limousine service to use anyone but Limousine lifestyle, you will regret it! Cant believe the driver!!! everyone in our group went down to the location but i stayed in the car and i guess the driver did not know. He starts talking to someone about one of my friends and cursing about them. From what he was saying i assume he was jealous for some reason coz eh was talking about white people and their money... etc. I didnt tell my friend when they came back coz i did not want to cause problems. horribly unprofessional is all i can say.
