Showing up would have been a great start. Booked 3 months ago for a group function and no driver even showed up.
RecommendedTim was so great to work with. We rented a party bus to take our wedding guests out after the wedding for some fun. We ran into a few small issues but Tim was extremely professional in getting them addressed and correcting the situation. If I am ever back in the Fort Myers area and need a limo, Tim will be who I contact.

They could pick-up customers after confirming them two times by mail that they will. I was standing at the airport yesterday after an exhausting 12-hours-travel and there was nobody there to pick us up, even if we booked long time in advance and had confirmation. when I called, first nobody picked-up the phone, then someone called back and promised me to get an uber for me as he always does in such cases (???). but i never heard again from him and so I had to drive another two hours myself, being tired. never again and no re... read more

Ich hatte meinen Mann als Überraschung das Geburtstagspaket für einen Ausflug nach Sanibel Lighthouse von Fort Myers Beach bei Anja gebucht. Sehr netter und geduldiger Kontakt ! Da auch Kinder an Bord waren, bat ich um einen deutschsprachigen Fahrer und Tom war klasse. Ich kann es nur empfehlen. Ein tolles unvergesslicher Ausflug.
