Aweful experience with the dentist. The only reason i finished is i paid for a cleaning. I was up sold prior to the cleaning and wanted to get what my insurance paid for. I was talked to like i was an idiot by the dentist. Just because my dental health isnt optimal doesn't mean I need to be treated like a child. Times are hard and stressful... why does the dentist need to make it worse. The redeeming factor was the office staff, but not enough to make me want to go back! I will finish my dental work elsewhere!
Exceptionally condescending to my wife (she is an R.N. So has a clue). The WHOLE VISIT was ONE BIG UP-SELL attempt. They could care less about patient welfare, comfort, or wellbeing.
Great job with all my dental needs.. everyone is friendly and caring.
