I bought a 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee in December of 2016 from Mike and Tim. Both were very helpful and knowledgeable about the Jeep they were selling me and they also notified me about a few things I had to fix up myself after buying the vehicle which were minor things. I got my vehicle all fixed up this week and it is RUNNING LIKE ITS BRAND NEW! Got the run around for 2 weeks while my jeep was in service. They had to keep it 2 extra days because they forgot to do the stuff we asked them to do and then got it back with a crappy wash job and a tire with low air. The customer service has really declined in the last two years.
Before every trip I climb under the rig and check out everything. Monday I did that preparing to leave for Amarillo Tuesday morning. I found my pinion seal on the rear end was leaking. Called around dodge dealers for warranty work and most couldn't get to it for 3 weeks. I called Limon dodge and with out even asking they took it in that afternoon and had me ready to hit the road. The people here went out of their way to care for us! We were traveling and needed an oil change and they fit us right in, got it done quick,and were extremely friendly and just all in all they did a great job! If we are ever in the area and need help they will be our first call!! Thank you!!
