Wow! Just wow! What exceptional service this company provides. Sam was simply awesome with handling all of our needs. We used this company for arrival to and from the SFO airport. Sam went above and beyond to make our transition to and from the airport as smoothly as possible. I only had to mention one time that we needed a car seat for our 3 year old. As soon as I switched out of "airplane" mode on arrival at SFO, text from driver, Jan, arrived. He was waiting at airport, asked me to let him know when I would be ready. I claimed my luggage, texted which Door I would be at, and he came to me within minutes. Very comfortable, clean car, with complimentary water bottles. My phone needed charging, so Jan offered to plug it in. No crazy driving, but Jan did have gadgets that allowed him to reroute around heavy traffic, so he didn't waste any time either. Found Limo 5 Star on Yelp with great reviews. Used them (hybrid) on return flight from SFO to the South Bay a few weeks ago. My flight landed an hour late. They were well aware of this because they track flights..whew! Very convenient as my driver was in the cell phone waiting lot. After I picked up my luggage, I called and he came to the terminal in a manner of minutes. Car was clean and comfortable. Driver was friendly and professional. I will definitely use them again!
Jan is a great driver who is punctual, professional, and friendly. I highly recommend him as a driver. What I love about this service is that the fee is all-inclusive (includes the transportation fee, toll fee, and tip), and you can prepay so that you don't have to worry about carrying a certain amount of cash and worrying about change.
As advertised! the guy was there 6 minutes early (even though it was 5 am on a Sunday) and set up the infant rear-facing child seat, all ready for us. The car was big and clean. the driver courteous and nice. and it all went on without a hitch. After reading the scary reviews about taxis not showing up, I highly recommend these guys for your guaranteed ride to the airport with your family.
5 stars is right! Best transportation company out there, our driver last night (Lori) took us to the Zac Brown concert. She was awesome, on time and knew all the side streets to avoid traffic. She's my new go to driver. Thanks Lori and 5 star.
