Limitless exceeds your expectations on what a gym can deliver. Besides their coaches/staff being accommodating and knowledgeable. The equipment is updated, classes are well run and the facility provides recovery measures that members have access to use. (Such as cold plunge and sauna). At whatever level you're at, LP will elevate you with their elite training regime that is the focus in their Hyrox or more strength & conditioning classes.
I can't say enough good things about LP! I started in the Postpartum program and then eventually transitioned over to regular classes. At every step of the way I've been met with so much support and community. The classes are challenging but adaptable and the community is so friendly and encouraging. The coaching has also been excellent and has really helped me to push myself. I've made more progress in a few months here than I did in years at other similar gyms.
Awesome gym with great coaches and overall community. There is a good variety to the workouts and they are always challenging regardless of fitness level!
Hands down the best programming I have experienced since working with world class rock climbers at Boulderz in Etobicoke (different sport I know, but similar idea). The strength and hyrox programming with crossfit movements sprinkled in here and there has got me in the best shape of my life!
Challenging, yet approachable classes with coaches that motivate you + guide you through the workouts. A super welcoming and motivating community. I always look forward to my workouts!
