Called in during power outage after a severe T-storm. Well pump wouldnt work with the generator running. Cody mobilized quickly, and diagnosed a problem in minutes that had us and the well techs baffled all day. Loose wires in the receptacle were the issue. Hydro is still out from the storm, but now we have water! Thanks for the lightning-fast response. Very professional.
